Auschwitz 1: The drunk on the beer barrel

I spotted two doors in the Auschwitz 1 camp which had these figurines above them, they look like a drunk sitting on a beer barrel, their right-hands clasped as if they were originally holding the handle of a stein of beer. 

This picture is of the SS hospital/restaurant block, on the right you can just see the gas chamber/crematorium.

I'm not 100% certain, but this is surely another door to the same block
